Hector M. Benavides is a highly qualifed attorney whose primary focus is representing contractors that do work on federal projects in bid protests, contract claims, and prime/subcontractor disputes. Hector also represents contractors and vendors in disputes on private commercial projects in state court.

Hector earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio and obtained his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law graduating Cum Laude. Hector was admitted to practice law by State Bar of Texas in 2010. During law school Hector was a member of the St. Mary's University School of Law's Law Journal and Vice-President of the Hispanic Law Student's Association. He is an active member of the Texas Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association.
